Thank you for choosing Junk Eviction^sm...your junk hauling, trash out/clean out service (that's a mouthful!).  Every job that is scheduled will have 20% of your order non-refundable charged to your credit card.  We will charge the remainder of your card upon completion of the job.  Final completion is upon customer approval of job and contact from our area associate.  By using this site you agree to these terms and conditions.

We suggest any disputes or increase in job time or charges be taken up with our area associate who performed the work scheduled.  Our goal is to make this a pleasant experience for you.  We would appreciate referrals to our service.  Any booked referrals from our past customers will receive a one-time gift from Junk Eviction^sm.
