Frequently Asked Questions

How do they get the deer to cross at that yellow road sign?

What was the best thing before sliced bread?

No seriously, here are some common questions with our attempt to answer them professionally and courteously for you:

What items of "junk" can you haul away?

box springs, mattresses, moving boxes, old furniture, loose change, old pool toys and rafts, yard debris, dirt*, cement*, items from the 70's that should have stayed in the 70's, construction trash, remodel leftovers, old appliances, event clean up, commercial move clean ups, estate clean outs, foreclosure clean outs, foreclosure trashouts, random unmarked bills, "bad art", lawn ornaments, yard gnomes, illegal dumpings of garbage or junk, when you don't want to rent a dumpster and need help with getting rid of the junk, fix and flip trashouts, hoarding intervention services, etc.

What items of "junk" won't you haul away?

paint, pool chemicals, oil, oil pans, oil drums(unless very empty) and any hazardous materials that you probably shouldn't have anyways :)

Will the Junk Eviction associate call before coming?

Yes.  This is a courtesy to you and to give you a heads up if the crew is running behind for any unforeseen reason (traffic or if the last job took longer than expected).  We will call 15-30 minutes before arriving.

What if I, amazing Junk Eviction customer, need to re-schedule?

Please call us or the local associate at least 2 hours in advance to re-schedule.

Should I, exceedingly special Junk Eviction customer, be on-site for "my Junk Eviction"?

Yes, when possible.  We will take your credit card information prior to doing the job, and we will confirm the price of the job once on-site.  As long as we have permission and accessibility to enter the property, we will do our job and sweep up our work area when done.  Foreclosure trashouts: please provide lockbox access or accessibility to home.

*dirt and concrete may incur additional charges due to weight and special hauling required
